Which one for a systematic strategy

Top One bans automated trading, so a coded strategy runs by manual execution. Under that condition Elite Daily is the strongest funded rulebook (no consistency once funded, daily payouts) with a 40% rule to pass; Elite Access is the reverse and its daily loss limit arrives with funding; Ignite and Instant carry the tightest ratios (15% and 20%). The 10-second minimum hold excludes scalps that exit on the same bar.
