What this means for a systematic strategy
Top One Futures has the widest spread of consistency rules of any firm in this set — 15% to 40% depending on the program — and that single number decides fit more than anything else on the card. Ignite's 15% is the tightest requirement in futures prop trading: on $10,000 of profit no single day may exceed $1,500. A strategy with occasional large winners cannot clear it regardless of how profitable the month was.
EAs are not permitted, so a coded strategy runs here only through alert-driven manual execution. ProjectX with native TradingView integration makes that path shorter than at firms requiring a bridge, but it is still manual. Elite Access is the program to look at first for anyone whose past failures came from daily loss limits — the challenge phase has none.
Is Top One Futures worth it for a systematic strategy?
Only with manual execution, and only on the right program. EAs are not permitted, so the compliant path is alert-driven manual trading — shorter here than elsewhere because ProjectX has native TradingView integration and needs no bridge.
The program choice matters more than at any other firm in this set, because consistency ranges from 15% to 40%. A strategy with occasional large winners should avoid Ignite entirely and look at Elite Access or Elite Daily at 40%. A high-frequency strategy with small even days can take Ignite's 15% and collect the faster payouts.
