FundingPips programs compared: which one fits a systematic strategy

Five products, five different rulebooks. The table below puts every FundingPips program on one grid so the choice is made on room, daily limit and reward rules rather than on price.

The five programs side by side

FundingPips sells four evaluations and one instant-funded account, and the differences are structural, not cosmetic: the room to lose ranges from 5% (Zero) to 12% (the Flex pair), the daily limit from 3% to 5%, and the consistency score exists on some reward cycles and not others. Every cell below comes from the help center program pages, checked 29 September 2026.

Which program for a systematic strategy

2 Step Standard is the widest evaluation on the daily side (5%) and the only one with the four-cycle reward choice; pick Weekly or Bi-Weekly and no consistency score applies. Its Master Account closes positions every day in a fixed window, so a strategy that holds through the close does not fit.

2 Step Flex has the most room overall (12%) and, on the bi-weekly splits, no Striking System and no score; the 95% split adds 3 profitable days per phase and per cycle. For a coded strategy that produces a steady stream of small days this is the highest-paying route.

2 Step Pro trades room for speed: 6% target per phase with a 6% maximum loss and 3% daily. One losing session at a normal position size is a third of the daily limit. Only for strategies with very small per-trade risk.

1 Step Flex is the fastest pass (12% target, no minimum days) but the Master adds a 1% risk cap per trade idea through the Striking System and an 85% split.

Zero skips the evaluation and replaces it with the most rules: trailing floor, 15% score, 7 profitable days per 30, 1% per trade idea, news as a hard breach. It suits strategies that trade almost daily with similar-sized wins.

What changed in 2026

  • 24 July: the 10% target on 2 Step Standard discontinued; those accounts reset as 2 Step Flex at 85%.
  • 27 June: the 60% single-trade-idea policy for evaluations of $25,000 and above.
  • 15 August: the 35% score, 7 profitable days and the Striking System extend to the Monthly cycle and to 2 Step Pro Masters bought from that date.
  • 26 August: 2 Step Pro minimum days 1 → 2 per phase; 2 Step Flex Phase 2 gets 1 minimum day on the 80% split.
  • 29 January: temporary weekend-holding block on Master Accounts across models.

Payout mechanics per cycle are on FundingPips payout cycles; the score itself on the 35% and 15% consistency score; the instant account on FundingPips Zero rules.

FAQ

Which FundingPips program has the most drawdown room?

2 Step Flex and 1 Step Flex, both with a 12% static maximum loss. 2 Step Standard has 10%, 2 Step Pro 6%, and Zero a 5% trailing limit.

Which FundingPips program has no consistency rule?

1 Step Flex has none, and 2 Step Flex has none on its bi-weekly splits. On 2 Step Standard the 35% score applies only to the On Demand cycle and, for accounts bought from 15 August 2026, the Monthly cycle. Zero carries 15% at every reward.

Can I hold over the weekend on a FundingPips Master Account?

Not in 2026: a temporary block applies across models since 29 January, and 2 Step Standard Master Accounts are auto-closed daily in a fixed window. Weekend holding remains allowed during evaluation phases.

What is the 60% single-trade-idea rule?

For evaluation accounts of $25,000 or more bought from 27 June 2026, a single trade idea worth more than 60% of the profit target does not fail the evaluation but requires at least 4 profitable days on the Master Account before rewards.
