Which one for a systematic strategy

Automation and copy software are prohibited on every plan, so this is a manual-execution venue. Given that, Prime is the conventional route with a buffer; Premier+ lost its no-consistency funded stage on 9 September and now runs flat caps with no scaling ramp; Velocity is the intraday plan whose Daily Payout add-on removes both the consistency rule and the day gate; Straight-to-Funded skips the evaluation at a 25% rule with seven qualifying days.
