Which one for a systematic strategy

Option 2 for any strategy that gives back open profit inside the session: the floor moves once a day and the daily loss limit is on realized loss only. Its scaling plan starts at 2 minis on a 50K, so size for the first rung. Option 1 for tight-stop, single-position systems that want the full 7 minis immediately and never leave a position running against them, because the floor follows every tick.
