TradingView with prop firms: the compatibility matrix

Ten firms, one question: can a TradingView strategy send orders to this account, and how. The answer has three forms — native, chart-through-broker, or bridge — and one firm adds a fourth: allowed in the evaluation, restricted once funded.

The matrix

Three firms went native in August 2026 — Topstep, MFF, Lucid — which removes the bridge subscription and one failure point. Apex is the only firm where the path that works in the evaluation becomes a violation on the funded account. The forex side has no native option; PineConnector to MT5 is the route, and it requires a VPS since the Cloud service retired in March 2026.

FAQ

Which prop firms have native TradingView integration?

Topstep (TopstepX), MyFundedFutures and Lucid Trading, all added in August 2026. Tradeify accounts on Tradovate chart in TradingView but route via bridge.

Can I run a TradingView strategy on Apex?

In the evaluation, yes, via TradersPost. On the Performance Account a fully automated bridge is prohibited; alert-driven execution with the trader present is permitted.

How do I connect TradingView to FTMO or FundingPips?

PineConnector to MT5. There is no native path on the forex side, and a VPS is required.
