Why we refund your account if you don't pass: the worst live day, next to the limit
Since October we make one offer on every plan: if you don't pass a prop-firm evaluation while running a Puravida Edge strategy set up as documented, we refund the account fee. One evaluation per customer, all strategies and portfolios, the conditions are in the FAQ and Terms. This post is about the record behind that offer: what our worst live days look like next to the numbers that end an evaluation.
The offer only makes sense if the strategies spend their worst days far from the limit. So here are the worst days.
The three numbers that end an evaluation
Every futures and forex evaluation is lost on one of three numbers: the drawdown floor (static or trailing), the daily loss limit, and the consistency rule where a firm has one. Profit targets are reached or not; the account is only closed by those three. How each of them works is in the four numbers that decide if you pass and the drawdown guide.
Every strategy in the catalog is sized against the floor of the account it runs on, before the first trade. The preset you load for a 100K Swing account or a 150K Futures Prop account sets the size so that the basket's modeled worst stretch stays inside the buffer. That sizing is what the refund offer rests on.
Worst live day, against the limit
Seven live months, April to October 2026, on both versions of the PVE Index (Forex, Futures). The live layer only.

| Index Forex (100K Swing) | Index Futures (150K Futures Prop) | |
|---|---|---|
| Limit that ends the account | daily loss limit $5,000 | trailing buffer $4,500 (floor at $145,500) |
| Worst live day, Apr – Oct 2026 | −$1,760 | −$1,358 |
| Share of the limit used on that day | 35% | 30% |
| Max end-of-day drawdown, live | $3,649 | $3,396 |
| Live net, Apr – Oct 2026 | +$85,960 | +$47,098 |
On the Forex version the worst live day used a bit over a third of the daily limit. On the Futures version it used under a third of the trailing buffer. Both baskets hold 18 tracks, so those are the worst days of the whole basket, not of one strategy.
The modeled layer is on the same page, separately: worst modeled day on the Forex version was −$3,303 (Apr 2025 – Mar 2026), still inside the limit, and the maximum end-of-day drawdown in the modeled year was $4,930 on a $10,000 hard floor. Those are the numbers the sizing was built on.
What the forecast says
Monte Carlo, 1,500 paths, 3-year horizon, input Apr 2025 – Oct 2026. Forecast layer only:
| Index Forex | Index Futures | |
|---|---|---|
| Blow rate per year | 0.00% | 0.02% |
| Median net per year | $80,873 | $52,381 |
| Median payout units per year | 44.7 | 38.7 |
A forecast is not a result. It is the distribution of paths the same rules produce when the trade order is reshuffled, and the blow rate is the share of those paths that touch the floor. Zero paths out of 1,500 on the Forex version, three on the Futures version. That is why an evaluation refund is an offer we can afford to make, and why it is written into the plan rather than sold as an add-on.
How the refund works
- You run a strategy or portfolio from your plan on a prop account, set up as the setup guide documents: the right preset for the account size, alerts on, nothing overridden.
- If the evaluation is not passed, you send us the account statement and the setup.
- We refund the account fee. One evaluation per customer, all plans, all strategies and portfolios. The cap and the full conditions are in the FAQ and in the Terms.
What the offer is not: it is not a promise that every evaluation passes, and it is not a reason to run a strategy on an account it was not sized for. The sizing is the point. A 150K preset on a 50K account breaks the floor math, and the setup guide says which preset goes with which account.
Why we make the offer
Because the thing a buyer cannot verify before paying is the one thing we can: how far from the limit the strategies live. The worst live days are published, the floor is published, the forecast is published. The refund puts our fee next to that record.
If you want to see how a trailing floor moves after a payout, that is in what happens to your drawdown buffer after the first payout.

FAQ
Does the refund cover any firm? Any futures or forex prop firm, as long as the strategy ran on the account size its preset is built for.
What counts as "set up as documented"? The preset for your account size, alerts active for the full evaluation, no manual overrides of entries, stops or sizes. The setup guide covers every step.
Is there a cap? Yes. The cap and the exact conditions are in the FAQ on the pricing page and in the Terms.
Does this replace the 14-day money-back? No. The 14-day money-back covers the licence; the evaluation refund covers the prop account fee. They are separate.
How many evaluations? One per customer.
Founder's own accounts. Live (since Apr 2026), modeled (Apr 2025 – Mar 2026) and forecast (Monte Carlo, 1,500 paths) layers are labeled separately. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Not financial advice.
