CC BY 4.0: use it anywhere, attribute to puravidaedge.com with a link. Every row is derived from the firm’s own documentation and cross-checked with current rule trackers; the verification date is in the file and the monthly changelog lists what changed. Cells that say Verify with firm are unresolved in public documentation and are exported as such rather than guessed.
