Elite Trader Funding: rules card
Every Elite Trader Funding rule (1-Step, EOD, Diamond Hands, Static, Fast Track, DTF instant) that decides whether a strategy fits, including the Live Elite path.
Elite Trader Funding rules at a glance
| Rule | Current terms |
|---|---|
| Programs | 1-Step, EOD (end-of-day drawdown on realized P&L), Diamond Hands (overnight and weekend holding), Static, Fast Track (cheapest, no activation fee, 40% consistency, only plan with a deadline, no resets), DTF (instant funding); Live Elite for real CME capital with daily uncapped payouts (pipback Jul 2026, elitetraderfunding.app Aug 2026) |
| Automation (EAs, bots) | Not published clearly by the sources reviewed. Verify with firm |
| Drawdown | Trailing on 1-Step, EOD and Diamond Hands; EOD counts realized P&L only; Static fixed |
| Daily loss limit | Diamond Hands tighter than EOD; the EOD plan’s DLL is described as hard to breach by design |
| Consistency | 40% on Fast Track; other plans by page |
| Minimum days | By plan; Fast Track has a deadline |
| News | Allowed |
| Overnight and weekend | Diamond Hands only; other plans must be flat one minute before the close |
| Payout | Sim payouts by plan; Live Elite: daily, no cap |
| Contract limits | Restrictive for high-volume strategies per the firm’s own review |
| Entity | US-based futures firm |
Rows marked “Verify with firm” are where current rule trackers are silent or disagree; the firm’s own help center is the only binding source.
What this means for a systematic strategy
Elite Trader Funding is one of the few futures firms with a real live account at the end of the path, and its plans map cleanly to strategy types: EOD for systems that take intraday heat, Diamond Hands for anything held overnight, Static for a floor that never moves. The gaps are documentation: automation policy and per-plan consistency are not stated clearly enough by public sources to size against.
Is Elite Trader Funding worth it for a systematic strategy?
EOD or Static for a defined-stop system once the automation policy is confirmed in writing. Fast Track is cheap because of the 40% rule and the deadline; Diamond Hands is the only futures route here that holds weekends.
