Watch It Trade, part 1: Trace, Open, Anchor, GAP and Zone
We filmed ten of our systematic strategies taking one modeled trade each, from the setup to the exit, without touching any of them. In this first part: Trace, Open, Anchor, GAP and Zone. Four of the five reached their target; Zone closed flat. In every one, entry, stop and target went in at the same moment.

The full video shows all ten. Below, each system on its own, with its short clip and what it waits for. The rules stay in the code; what you see here is the premise and the trade.
Trace: a small stop, a much larger target

Trace looks for asymmetric setups on micro gold futures (MGC): a stop that is small relative to the target. The order went in with both attached, and the target filled.
Open: the session sets its range first

Open trades range expansion at the open on gold (XAU). It lets the session build its range and commits only when its conditions qualify. Target filled.
Anchor: one reference level, nothing chased

Anchor is built around one session reference level on micro Nasdaq futures (MNQ). Price is not chased; entry, stop and targets are set together. The targets filled.
GAP: most weeks, nothing

GAP trades the weekly gap between Friday's close and the new week's open on micro Nasdaq futures. Most weeks it does nothing. When a gap qualifies, it commits once. Target filled.
Zone: only where the layers line up

Zone trades pullbacks on Nasdaq, but only where several independent layers line up in one place. This trade closed flat: the stop and the target were in place from the first second, and nothing was moved.
What the five have in common
None of them is managed. The stop exists before price can move, so the worst case of every trade is known at entry. That is what keeps a prop firm account inside its daily limit: on the PVE Index Forex version, the worst live day was $1,469 against a $5,000 daily loss limit (April – September 2026, PV_EDGE Master Data). The other five systems are in part 2, and all ten run together on one account in the PVE Index.
Modeled trades, one per system. Live results (April – September 2026) are a separate layer. Hypothetical performance; past results do not guarantee future returns. Not financial advice.
