Every Alpha Capital Group rule (Alpha One, Alpha Pro, Alpha Swing, Alpha Three) that decides whether a strategy fits, on one page with sources and a verification date. Not to be confused with Alpha Futures, its US futures spin-off, which has its own card.

What this means for a systematic strategy

Alpha Capital is one of the more system-friendly CFD rulebooks: static drawdown on three of four programs, a daily loss measured on balance only for the Pro 8%, Pro 10% and Swing variants, and no consistency check in the evaluation. Balance-based daily loss is the row that matters for a strategy with wide stops or several open NAS100 positions, because floating losses inside the session do not count until they close.

The funded stage adds one choice rather than one trap: pick Bi-Weekly payouts and the 40% Best Day rule never applies; pick On-Demand and it does. A strategy whose profit clusters into a few sessions should take the Bi-Weekly path. The Alpha Pro weekend rule is the only stage switch on the card: evaluation may hold, the funded Pro account may not, so a swing system belongs on Alpha Swing.

Is Alpha Capital Group worth it for a systematic strategy?

Yes, on Alpha Pro 10% for intraday systems and Alpha Swing for anything that holds overnight. Static floors at both stages and the Bi-Weekly payout path without a Best Day rule make it one of the cleanest CFD venues for a rule-based strategy. The 80% split is standard; the 90% add-on costs about 10% of the fee.

Skip Alpha One if the system gives back open profit intraday: the trailing floor follows equity highs until it locks at the initial balance.

FAQ

Does Alpha Capital Group allow EAs?

Yes. EAs, scalping and copy trading between your own accounts are permitted; group trading and cross-account hedging are prohibited.

Does Alpha Capital Group have a consistency rule?

Not in the evaluation. On funded accounts the 40% Best Day rule applies only if you choose On-Demand payouts: no single day above 40% of total net profit, plus 2% minimum gross profit. Bi-Weekly payouts have no Best Day rule.

Is the Alpha Capital daily drawdown balance-based?

On Alpha Pro 8%, Pro 10% and Alpha Swing the daily loss is calculated on balance only, so floating losses do not count until closed. Alpha One uses the greater of balance or equity at the start of the day.

Can I hold trades over the weekend at Alpha Capital?

On Alpha Swing, Alpha One and Alpha Three, yes, at all stages. On funded Alpha Pro accounts, no.

How do Alpha Capital payouts work?

80% split. Bi-Weekly: every 14 days from your first trade, $100 minimum, first payout after 5 trading days on one strategy. On-Demand: any time once the Best Day rule and 2% gross profit are met. The two paths are exclusive.

What is Alpha Prime?

The live-funds tier: qualified traders move from simulated accounts to real capital after $40,000 in one payout, five payouts from one account or $100,000 lifetime, at a 60% split with a salary option and no consistency or news rules.
