What this means for a systematic strategy

CTI is one of the older CFD firms and its rulebook is permissive on the rows that matter for a coded strategy: EAs allowed, news and weekends allowed, static floors on three of four programs. Two rules are unusual. A stop loss is required on every position, which a system must send with the entry. And EAs on funded accounts must have their source code submitted for verification, which is a disclosure decision, not a technical one.

Is City Traders Imperium worth it for a systematic strategy?

Yes on the 2-Step, if you are willing to submit source code once funded. 10% static and 5% daily with news and weekends open is a clean structure; the consistency question should be asked in writing because trackers do not state it.
